every day i use bike to travel up to 12km if i use bi-cycle how much carbon emmission could be reduced? percentage of carbon emmision if use milage 60per liter scooter or bike

good luck with the blog. When I was living in Paris, they introduced short term bike rentals .. see http://www.velib.paris.fr/ ,, that let you pick up a bike and ride anywhere anytime without having to bother with returning to the other side of town. A great idea. And nothing like cycle down a busy Parisian street at 3 am in the morning to make you feel young and romantic. Somehow, i can imagine that working in Philly’s old city.
