EcoFair Downingtown: Mark Your Calendars!

EcoFair Downingtown in Kerr Park: September 28th 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
This free fest focusing on promoting an enviro-friendly future is part of Karmafest ‘08 (which takes place across the street.)
Some highlights include:
- Food: Local & Organic food including delicacies from Earth to You Organic Catering, Hobo Ed’s Organic Coffee & Smoothies, Farm Fresh Gelato, Foster Boy’s Pizza & more!
- Live Music: A Concert for a Green Earth featuring Sisters3, Cheers Elephant, When Cars Ascend, Steppinrazor, New Kings of Rhythm, Lauren Adams, Edens Unknown
- An Expo on the Evolution of the Automobile: Featuring vintage-hybrids
- Fun for all ages: Moon-bounce, SkateboardingDemos, Yoga for kids, bocce ball
- Over 70 green vendors

Thank you Green Philly Blog for the plugs. It’s unfortunate the day did not pan out better i.e. weather, lack of organizational structure etc. All tolled over 2000 people came out to Kerr Park to be apart of a Green Business Expo featuring 49 vendors. Also when the dust settles we will have raised $1000 for our Green Jobs Initiative. Thanks for helping make it happen!
