		<description>Thanks Bridget!  Make sure to keep track of your &#039;junk mail&#039; since you have to identify businesses sending the mail through Catalogchoice.com.  There are other service (you have to pay) that will get rid of alll names if you&#039;re looking for a faster solution.!</description>

		<description>Julie, this is a great resource.  I&#039;ve been trying to find ways to get off these lists since the junk mail I get just clogs up my mailbox and then goes right in the trash.  I always feel like it&#039;s such a waste because I never look at any of it!  Really great tip.</description>
