In this cooking class at the counter in our open kitchen, you’ll enjoy four meatless courses inspired by a few of her favorite tomes.
After class, guests will be invited into our private dining room to enjoy espresso and peruse a selection from her personal library and Vetri Ristorante’s extensive collection. Courses will be paired with wine.
