Meatless Monday is an international movement that encourages folks to fuhgettaboutmeat for one day a week and invite more vegetables into their meals. We accept the challenge and invite you to an interactive cooking class about turning impulse buys at the farmers market into vibrant, triumphant meals.
This class will be held upstairs around the counter in our open kitchen. Several courses will be prepared and shared; wine pairings are included.
