The new Spring Thursday Hands-On Cooking Class Series is dedicated to dishes you can make plenty of to eat for a week, feed a hungry hoard and freeze for a future date. Please join us for “One Pot Meals for Spring and Summer” on Thursday, April 23rd from 10am-2pm at The Nourishing Well kitchen in Havertown, PA.
So often when we think of one-pot meals they are slow cooked warming dishes for the cooler weather. Not these one-pot meals! Theses are wonderful entrees to have as the days become warmer, but there’s still a little chill in the air.

Students will learn how to cook these healthy, satisfying meals for the entire family, regardless of individual diets. There will be tastings of all dishes prepared in class.
All classes at the Nourishing Well are dedicated to teaching students how to cook healthfully, using the best quality organic, vegetarian, and often gluten-free ingredients. Though the Nourishing Well uses only vegetarian ingredients in classes, the classes are not limited to those who are vegetarian. In each class, Marilyn will discuss how all her dishes can be easily transformed to satisfy every palate, including the omnivores in our lives.
