Publetters

Come to a good bar on a Tuesday night between about 7 and 9. Order a craft beer. At one table, there’s a stack of paper, envelopes, postage stamps, even loaner pens. While you sip, write a letter. Yes, you’re allowed to call/text/google someone to find out an address–then put your phone away and put pen to paper. Our theory: ANYONE can write a decent letter in two drinks’ time.

Every month, we do a Tuesday night residency at a good pub. (In the past, we’ve been at Doobies / Tacqueria Feliz / Fergies / Standard Tap / Paddy’s Place / Strangeloves Bar  and Pub On Passyunk East)

For June, we’re at the Grey Lodge in Mayfair, NE Philly, every Tuesday. (June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th) .
