DVGBC Groundbreaker Awards 2017 Announced: Nominations Open

Are Green Buildings your thing? Save the date for DVGBC’s signature event.

DVGBC is hosting the 2017 Groundbreaker Awards on September 19th at 1900 Market, a soaring 8-story sunlit atrium and $25M in improvements—including the addition of a koi pond, waterfall and two fireplaces. Practicing what they preach, the commercial office property utilizes green practices in lighting, waste management, and promoting transportation alternatives, achieving LEED Certification in 2016 and receiving Energy Star Certification since 2012.

Nominate your green building project:

Groundbreaker Awards nominations should emphasize leadership, innovation, and commitment to sustainability in the built environment. Environmental, economic, and social impact on local, regional, national, or international scales will also be considered. Nominations are being accepted for projects, organizations, or individuals from any sector in the Delaware Valley (view map of DVGBC area). Projects can be new construction or renovation, but must be completed within the past three years.

Groundbreaker Awards Deets:
