PHS Pop Up Garden Comes to Walnut St

PHS Pop up Garden at 19 and walnut 2012The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society has returned for another round of their Pop Up Garden again… They transformed a vacant lot in Rittenhouse Square into a temporary garden.

1905-1915 Walnut St will turn into a garden (sponsored by Chipotle) to feed local families through the PHS City Harvest Program.  The theme of the garden is “Bring everyone to the table.”

We fully support urban gardens and can’t wait to check out the site!
