Downsize & Get Rid of that Holiday “Stuff” – Friday Quickie

Ah, the holidays of gift giving have come and gone. We drank champagne at Midnight with loved ones and perhaps watched questionable men in dresses dance and sing on New Years Day.

Now what?

Have a gift sitting around your house unopened with no excitement anymore? Too busy playing with your iPad 2 to take down the Christmas Tree? (…which you can recycle this weekend, by the way!)

Keeping your life simplistic is great for your heart and planet. Try exchanging any gifts that you won’t use. If you get something new in the house, donate something that’s collecting dust. Plus, it’s a great New Years resolution and less cleaning! 😉

Readers, any gift or donating tales from the holiday?
