Want to plant a tree in your yard with a little help from Eagles (and sustainability) all-star Connor Barwin?

TreePhilly announced a Philly “Tree Trek,” a social media contest in which one lucky winner will have Eagle player Connor Barwin help plant their tree. Participants can follow their Celebri-Tree, “Bud”, on social media as he explores Philadelphia landmarks before he finds his forever home. If you’re a Philly resident, you can enter the #PhillyTreeTrek social media contest on Twitter, Instagram and Vine (@TreePhilly).

How to Enter the Philly Tree Trek Contest

• Show and/or tell why YOUR yard should be Bud’s new home on Twitter, Instagram, Vine or “Add a Post” on the TreePhilly website.
• Use the hashtag #PhillyTreeTrek
• Tree experts and Connor Barwin will pick a winner and help you plant your tree!

Don’t wait for Bud, though – Sign up to get a FREE yard tree by visiting TreePhilly. Then, pick up your FREE tree at a community giveaway event in April. Choose from your pick of gray birch, honey locust, sugarberry, ironwood, padoga dogwood, cornelian cherry, apple serviceberry, American hazelnut, staghorn sumac, apple, santa rosa plum and tilton apricot trees.
