    Don’t let the cold temps & snow get you down. Last night’s Better Mobility Forum talked about how Philly will be getting around sans cars with the next mayor. Here’s how to make the most of the upcoming weekend:

    Weekend Events for March 20 – 22, 2015:

    • Women Bike PHL March Happy Hour:  Come out and join your fellow Women Bike PHL members to celebrate, share, rant and rave about all things related to Women Bike PHL. Friday, March 20th, 5-7 PM, Tavern on Broad; 200 S Broad St, Philadelphia. FB RSVP.
    • Nic Esposito Book Signing: Nic Esposito will sign books (Kensington Homestead), meet & greet the Greensgrow community. Don’t have a copy? They have the book in stock now in the greenhouse. Greensgrow Farms, 2501 East Cumberland Street; Saturday March 21 from 11am-2pm. Website.
    • 6h Annual Philadelphia 5K Run/Walk for Water: Run or walk 5K and change a life. It’s the “Run/Walk for Water” benefitting the children of northern Kenya, who desperately need clean water. Saturday, March 21, registration 7:45, 9 AM start time; Fairmount Water Works, 640 Water Works Drive, $20. Online Registration.
    • Princeton Environmental Film Festival: Catch documentaries & eco films about water, food, families around the world, wildlife and more. Screenings are  accompanied by a Q&A with film directors and producers, as well as talks by invited speakers visiting the festival or by those who live here in our community. March 19th – 29th, Princeton Public Library,

    • Women Bike PHL Ladies Night/Spring Kick-off: Hear awesome announcements about what you can expect from Women Bike PHL this year, enjoy refreshments will be provided by host, Performance Bicycle Philadelphia along with an in-store discount and sweet SWAG.
